I’m Lindsey Marquez, a Nurse Injector with a passion for wellness and aesthetics. My mission is to help individuals live their best lives, free from the burdens of weight and confidence issues. At The Longevity Lab, we aim to create a ripple effect of positive change by elevating lives, empowering wellness, and enhancing beauty, so you can inspire others to do the same.

With a successful track record in designing and leading a weight management program, I am excited to take the next step by establishing a comprehensive wellness clinic. The Longevity Lab focuses on weight management, overall wellness, aesthetic treatments, and medical-grade skincare.

I am certified in aesthetics, including neuromodulation and fillers, from the AesthetIQ Institute, and I am a Certified Nutrition Coach through the National Association of Sports Medicine. Additionally, I am a registered nurse at the Mayo Clinic, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Minnesota State Mankato, and a Registered Yoga Teacher.

Heather’s journey began at the International Academy in Chicago, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in 1999. Years later, she decided to follow her true calling and attended Nova Academy of Cosmetology in 2019, graduating with honors.
